Died April 18, 2007 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
20, of La Puente, Calif.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, and Fort Riley, Kan.; died April 18 in Baghdad of injuries sustained when his unit came in contact with enemy forces using small-arms fire.
