19, of Griffin, Ga., died June 12 in a noncombat incident at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. He was assigned to the 68th Cbt Sustainment Spt Bn, 43rd Sustainment Bde, 4th Inf Div, Fort Carson, Colo.
