Army Sgt. Al’Kaila T. Floyd
Died July 13, 2006 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
23, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; assigned to 54th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, Bamberg, Germany; died July 13 in Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained July 8 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his mine protected vehicle in Ramadi, Iraq. Also killed were Staff Sgt. Omar D. Flores, Cpl. Joseph P. Micks and Cpl. Troy C. Linden.
