25, of Arkansas City, Kan.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 487th Field Artillery Regiment, 20th Brigade Combat Team, Army Reserve, Honolulu, Hawaii; died Oct. 26 at Landstuhl Army Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained Oct. 23 when his dismounted patrol was attacked by enemy forces who threw an explosive device from their moving vehicle in Balad, Iraq.
