Died February 23, 2012 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
25, of Niceville, Fla., assigned to 385th Military Police Battalion, 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne), XVIII Airborne Corps, Fort Stewart, Ga.; died of wounds caused by small-arms fire Feb. 23, in Jalalabad, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan. Also killed in the incident was Sgt. Timothy J. Conrad Jr.
