Army Sgt. Leon M. Johnson
Died October 10, 2005 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
28, of Jacksonville, Fla.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Benning, Ga.; killed Oct. 10 when an improvised explosive device detonated near their M2A2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle during combat operations in Ramadi, Iraq. Also killed was Sgt. 1st Class Brandon K. Sneed.
