25, of Forestville, Md.; assigned to the Army’s 2nd Battalion, 17th Field Artillery, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, from Camp Hovey, Korea; killed Oct. 29 when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle in Ramadi, Iraq.
