Army Spc. Paul A. Beyer
Died June 23, 2006 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
21, of Jamestown, N.D.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.; died June 23 from injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee during combat operations in the vicinity of Baghdad. Also killed was Staff Sgt. Mario J. Bievre.
