22, of Tucson, Ariz.; assigned to the 5th Battalion, 4th Psychological Operations Group, U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.; died Oct. 14 in Makati City, The Republic of the Philippines, of injuries sustained there from a non-combat related accident on Oct. 13.
