Died December 19, 2004 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
33, of Zion, Ill.; assigned to the 180th Transportation Battalion, 13th Corps Support Command, Fort Hood, Texas; killed Dec. 19 when a vehicle struck him in Shuaybah, Kuwait. Also killed was Army Sgt. Berry K. Meza.
