38, of Fayetteville, N.C.; assigned to 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.; died Nov. 4 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany, from wounds sustained Nov. 2 from an improvised explosive device while conducting combat operations in the vicinity of Habbaniyah, Iraq.
