Navy Equipment Operator 1st Class Gary T. Rovinski
Died June 5, 2006 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
44, of Roseville, Ill.; assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 25, Fort McCoy, Wis.; killed June 5 as a result of enemy action when his Humvee was struck by an improvised explosive device in Anah, Iraq. Also killed was Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Jaime S. Jaenke.
