Pfc. Joshua Mikeasky
Died December 13, 2018 Serving During Operation Freedom’s Sentinel
19, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, died Dec. 13, 2018, in a non-combat incident at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. He was assigned to 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York. The incident is under investigation.

A soldier who died in a noncombat-related incident in Afghanistan on Thursday has been identified as Pfc. Joshua Mikeasky, 19, the Defense Department announced Friday.
Mikeasky died at Bagram Airfield, Parwan province, Afghanistan.
The incident is under investigation.
He was from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and assigned to 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York.
